Purchases
Please note that the Hyena Cart E-commerce system
is a commitment based system. It is not a traditional
shopping cart. Clicking the "buy" button
indicates a commitment to buy, and entering in a lottery
or bidding on an auction indicates intent to pay the
final price.
If you purchase an item without intending to, please
contact us immediately so that we can reverse the
transaction. Otherwise, payment is expected at the
time of purchase. Items will be restocked if payment
is not immediate. For this reason, it is advised that
you first pay the total price as provided by Hyena
Cart, and write to me about issues such as combining
shipping on multiple items, or adding other items
to your order after you have paid. Any overpayment
you may make will be refunded to you promptly. This
allows us to keep Hyena Cart working smoothly as it
was intended.
Please note that you may have your account blocked
for non-payment. If you attempt a purchase and find
that you are unable to make it, please contact Customer
Service at admin@luvbugdesignz.com
and we will see what we can do about resolving the
situation.
Return Policy
I will provide returns on unwashed and unused products
within 30 days from time of purchase. I only take
returns from the original purchaser. Shipping will
not be refunded unless there is a product defect.
Product Warranty:
All Luv Bug Designz products purchased from this website
will be under limited warranty for 90 days from date
of purchase (to original purchaser only). This warranty
does not cover problems due to excess wear and tear
*including use of bleach or oxi-clean*. Please see
our website for care instructions. Care instructions
will also be included in your shipment. For questions

Shipping
Instock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business
days unless otherwise noted. Care instructions will
be included.
Forms of payment
All prices are in US dollars. I accept money orders
and paypal. Custom orders must be paid in full before
I will start on your order. Custom orders will ship
1-3 weeks from final choices and payments (for large
orders).
Customer Service
I answer emails within 24 hours during regular business
hours of 9:00 –6:00 Monday through Friday. I
will not be available during holidays. If you have
not heard back from me, please feel free to email
me again. Sometimes emails disappear. When I’m
closed for a break, I will make a note on my Hyena
Cart and send an announcement out. Thank you for your
